Eralab OCM is eralytics all in one platform for in house oil condition monitoring. It brings together dedicated analyzers and the powerful erasoft OCM software to give maintenance teams clear insight into lubricant condition and machine health. The platform is available as eralab OCM Pro or eralab OCM Basic. OCM Pro covers all three key categories contamination, wear and oil composition, while OCM Basic focuses on contamination and oil composition where wear monitoring is less critical. In both cases only a few simple measurements are needed before erasoft OCM evaluates the results, applies alarm limits and generates clear reports with recommended maintenance actions.

At the heart of the system is erasoft OCM, a modern software solution that digitalizes the entire OCM workflow from asset management and sampling plans to data analysis, action tracking and documentation. The package can be configured to your instruments, oil types and budget and can be expanded with additional eralytics analyzers or selected third party instruments.
