The Kemtrak UV Spectra is a high performance process analyzer for real time UV absorbance measurement in demanding bioprocess and pharma applications. With user selectable wavelengths from the deep UV up to the visible range, it accurately tracks proteins, peptides, mRNA/DNA and other critical biomolecules directly in the process. The system combines high optical resolution with excellent repeatability, integrated verification and robust digital communication, which makes it ideal for both development and GMP production environments.

Measurement principle: multi wavelength deep UV spectrophotometer with simultaneous sampling of all wavelengths.
Wavelength range: 190 to 440 nm, spectral resolution approx. 5 nm, wavelength reproducibility ±0.5 nm.
Photometric performance: up to 3 AU with a resolution of ±0.005 AU.
Sampling frequency: 10 Hz with measurement updates typically every second.
Process measurement cells: stainless steel or high performance alloys with electropolished hygienic surfaces, sapphire or fused silica windows, surface roughness down to Ra < 0.38 μm.
Operating conditions: process temperatures up to 275 °C and pressures from 10 mbar up to 200 bar, protection up to IP69 depending on cell design.
Analyzer housing: stainless steel enclosure with IP65 protection for indoor or outdoor installation, passive cooling and PoE power supply.
